We at Wave Xperienz are committed to providing the best possible experience for our guests. However, in the event of cancellations or changes, we offer a refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Event Cancellations

If an event is canceled by Wave Xperienz due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or other factors beyond our control), you will be eligible for a full refund. We will notify all attendees as soon as possible, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Customer Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation 1 Week or more before the event: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than a week to the event: No refund.
3. Changes to Event Dates

In the case that an event date is changed due to scheduling or logistical reasons, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you are entitled to a full refund, provided you notify us at least a week before the new event date.

4. No Show Policy

If you fail to attend the event without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team by emailing reach@wavexperienz.com. Include your ticket details and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

6. Payment Method Refunds

All refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
